The U.K. is due to leave the EU on March 29, 2019, and U.S.-listed companies have formally expressed their concerns in recent Securities and Exchange Commission updates.
“US multinationals identify Brexit as one of their highest risks at the moment, even if their business has only a marginal exposure to the UK and the EU,” Aquila said.
