S&C litigation partner David Braff was profiled in Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s publication Diversity & the Bar Magazine. David discussed his early years as a lawyer, balancing his litigation practice with pro bono work and the power of inclusion in the workplace.
David led S&C’s litigation practice as the managing partner for nearly nine years, until 2012. He is now a member of the S&C management committee and serves as general counsel. He is also the co-chair of our diversity committee, which develops, implements and coordinates the Firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
