CLEAR Secure Inc. completed its $470.6 million initial public offering on July 2, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares began trading June 30 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “YOU.” CLEAR provides a secure identity platform that uses biometrics to automate the identity verification process at facilities such as airport security checkpoints and sports stadiums.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo LLC acted as joint lead book-running managers.
