China Tobacco International (Hong Kong) completed its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and initial public offering on June 12. The offering listed more than 160 million shares and raised proceeds of approximately $104 million. It included a Regulation S offering outside the United States and a public offering in Hong Kong.
