    Equinor ASA Completes $1 Billion SEC-Registered Debt Offering

    S&C client Equinor ASA (formerly Statoil ASA) completed a $1 billion SEC-registered debt offering of 3.625% notes due 2028, guaranteed by a wholly owned subsidiary, Equinor Energy AS.

    Equinor is an integrated energy company primarily engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities, with headquarters in Norway and business operations in more than 30 countries and territories.

    The S&C London-based team was led by Kathryn Campbell and John Horsfield-Bradbury, along with Patrick Kavanaugh and Pavel Bend. Eric Wang and Michael Orchowski, along with Slki Hong and David Simins provided tax advice.
