S&C represents ENN Group International Investment Limited (China) in its share transfer agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Hony Capital (China) to acquire from Hony the entire issued share capital of an investment holding company, which holds 100 million ordinary shares of Santos Limited (Australia), representing approximately 4.8 percent of total issued share capital of Santos, for a total consideration of $449,064,000, announced September 19, 2018. The S&C Hong Kong team on the transaction was led by Kay Ian Ng and Jamieson Logie, along with Alan Zhang and Dickson Wong.
