S&C represents Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (TMHD) (Japan) in its definitive agreement to sell 100% of Tokio Millennium Re AG (Switzerland) and Tokio Millennium Re (UK) Limited, owned by Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (TMNF) (Japan), a subsidiary of TMHD, to RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (Bermuda) for a total consideration of approximately $1.5 billion. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Robert DeLaMater, Ben Perry, Keiji Hatano and Roderick Gilman, along with Claudia Lai and Kathy Wang.
