S&C represents FCB Financial Holdings, Inc., the parent company for Florida Community Bank, N.A., in its definitive agreement with Floridian Community Holdings, Inc., the parent company for Floridian Community Bank, under which FCB acquired Floridian Community by merger in a transaction valued at approximately $88 million.
