S&C represented Grandpoint Capital, Inc. in its acquisition by Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of Pacific Premier Bank, pursuant to which Grandpoint was merged into Pacific Premier Bancorp in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $640 million. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Patrick Brown, along with Aaron Werner, Robert Smith and Andrew Mackenzie. David Spitzer and Max O’Neill advised on tax matters and Rebecca Coccaro, along with Kristen Klein and Kelly Yamashita, advised on executive compensation and benefits matters.
