S&C represented Vornado Realty Trust in the sale of its equity and debt interests in the 666 Fifth Avenue Office Condominium to an affiliate of its partner, the Kushner Companies, with net proceeds to Vornado of approximately $120 million. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Arthur Adler and Ralston Turbeville, along with Adam Sofen.
