S&C represents the conflicts committee of the board of NRG Yield, Inc. in connection with NRG Yield's sponsor NRG Energy, Inc.'s sale of 100 percent of its controlling interest in NRG Yield (together with other NRG Energy renewable assets) to Global Infrastructure Partners III, the third equity fund of Global Infrastructure Partners.
