S&C client The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY Mellon) completed a registered offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of fixed rate senior notes under its senior medium-term note program. The senior notes offering included $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.500% fixed rate senior notes due 2023 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.850% fixed rate senior notes due 2028.
