Werner Ahlers, Katy McArthur, Aisling O’Shea and Jamie McDonald presented on U.S. anti-corruption enforcement to the International Chamber of Commerce’s Mexico Chapter, at the invitation of leading Mexican law firm Von Wobeser & Sierra. Our partners discussed maintaining an effective compliance program, considerations in mergers and acquisitions, and understanding investigations and enforcement at the March 3 event. The audience for the event was comprised mainly of senior leaders in the business, law and compliance community.
