Jay Clayton, Jamie McDonald and Steve Peikin will speak at the Managed Funds Association’s Legal & Compliance 2021 Conference. The event will take place July 13–14 and will feature comprehensive thought leadership on regulatory reforms impacting hedge funds and their owners. Speakers will include current and former regulators, general counsels, compliance officers and outside counsel who work on current regulatory and compliance issues.
Jay will join the keynote fireside chat on July 14, “A Reflection on and a Look Forward at the Regulatory Landscape,” offering his insights as former chair of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Jamie and Steve, former enforcement directors of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission, respectively, will moderate the panel, “SEC and CFTC Enforcement: Reflection and a Look Forward,” on July 13.
