S&C partner Theodore Rogers spoke at the annual Cambridge Forum on Employment Law in New Orleans on February 26-28. Established in 2013, the Forum is a yearly meeting of over 40 leading labor and employment attorneys from across the United States. Ted led the program the panel titled “Me2.0: What is next for employers?”, which explored the aftermath of the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements and outlined practical steps to address allegations, investigations and compliance with new statutes.
Ted was also a member of the Steering Committee, which develops the annual agenda for the Forum.
