Annual Conference on Competition Law and Practice, held virtually on December 4 and 5. Renata’s panel, “Competition Compliance in the COVID era – Challenges and Way Forward,” covered balancing regulation with sustaining businesses; the shift to online business and the increased role of antitrust scrutiny in an online environment; and whether virtual hearings and online submissions may be the new normal in the world of antitrust. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Sangeeta Verma, a commissioner of the Competition Commission of India.
