On June 10, Theodore Rogers participated in the Cambridge Forum on International Employment Law, which was held in Cascais. Ted led the panel titled, “Investigations, Whistleblowing and Ethics at Work,” discussing the increasing need for employers to investigate internal allegations of workplace misconduct. Specifically, the panel addressed how to conduct an internal investigation, construction and distribution of an internal complaint process to personnel, anonymity/confidentiality and privilege issues, implications of these investigations on corporate governance, among other topics.
Ted also served on the Steering Committee for the conference this year.
