On June 17, Theodore Rogers participated in PLI’s Employment Discrimination Law & Litigation 2019 program, which was held in New York. Ted spoke on the panel titled, “Mediating Employment Discrimination Claims,” touching on multiple issues that employers face when mediating these types of claims, including the selection and role of a mediator, pre-mediation submissions, opening statement considerations, joint sessions vs. private sessions, attorney sidebar, strategies for negotiating, among other topics.
