On October 3, Rita O’Neill participated in the 2018 Women Deal Lawyers Forum, which was held at Belo Mansion in Dallas. Rita moderated a panel titled “Gender Bias in M&A: Guerrilla Warfare and Counterstrike.” The forum was organized by the Women in M&A Task Force of the ABA’s Mergers & Acquisitions Committee, of which Rita is vice chair, and took place the day before UT Law CLE’s 14th Annual Mergers and Acquisitions Institute, also in Dallas.
