The Deal Recognizes S&C as “Financial Services Law Firm of the Year” and for AT&T Deal

S&C won in two categories at The Deal Awards 2022, in which The Deal recognizes the advisers, firms and banks driving the market forward.
 
S&C was recognized as “Financial Services Law Firm of the Year” for its work on major deals, including BNP Paribas’ pending $16.3 billion sale of its Bank of the West operations, First Horizon’s pending $13.4 acquisition by Toronto Dominion Bank, MUFG’s pending $8 billion sale of its U.S. retail banking operations, and its work for the U.S. Treasury to strengthen minority financial institutions through its Emergency Capital Investment Program.
 
In The Deal’s “Most Outstanding Deal of the Year,” S&C advised AT&T in the spin-off of its WarnerMedia business to Discovery.
