The American Lawyer has named Tracy Richelle High a “Best Mentor” Finalist for its Industry Awards. Tracy has been a dedicated mentor to more than 50 lawyers from a range of backgrounds. As an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, she has also played a leading role in creating, overseeing and supporting programs focusing on mentoring and career development for POC/LGBTQ+ and women lawyers at the Firm and beyond.
To Tracy, the success of a mentoring relationship is measured by whether her mentees feel valued. “Of utmost importance to me is how much my mentees have gotten out of our personal relationship.”
The American Lawyer Industry Awards recognize lawyers who exemplify the exceptional ways the legal industry advises and innovates. The winners will be announced at a virtual event on January 14.
