On February 6, Sullivan & Cromwell hosted a breakfast seminar on Section 163(j) regulations, sponsored by the Wall Street Tax Association. The session, led by S&C partners Jeffrey Hochberg and David Hariton, focused on the practical considerations of the new Section 163(j) proposed regulations, including their application to partnerships, CFCs, corporations and consolidated groups and exempted businesses.
