S&C Advises Underwriters in United Mexican States’ Global Offering

S&C acted as underwriters' counsel in the closing of the United Mexican States' third global offering of the year. Mexico issued (i) $760,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.125% global notes due 2026, and (ii) $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.350% global notes due 2047. The notes were issued pursuant to (i) an amended and restated indenture, on which S&C advised in June 2015; and (ii) a basic prospectus dated February 8, 2016, and a terms agreement and revised underwriting terms, on which S&C advised. The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

S&C acts as regular underwriters' counsel in offerings by Mexico.
