Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite, Jr. announced changes to the Criminal Division’s Corporate Enforcement Policy. The revised policy further incentivizes corporations to voluntarily disclose misconduct, fully cooperate with prosecutors, and timely remediate. While the standards to qualify for the added incentives are not yet well defined, it is clear that the DOJ will set the bar high.
