S&C Ranked Top Defense Counsel in GIR Enforcement Scorecard

S&C has been recognized as the most active defense counsel in the 2020 edition of Global Investigations Review’s Enforcement Scorecard—a comprehensive overview of the 100 most significant corporate resolutions since 1991. S&C represented corporations in 17 of the top 100 enforcement actions, more than double the nearest other law firm on the list.
 
“[K]nown as a trusted advisor to many large financial institutions, [S&C] has acted on cases across an impressive range of different enforcement areas, including sanctions, consumer fraud, mortgage fraud and benchmark rigging,” GIR wrote. S&C most recently helped Wells Fargo resolve years of criminal and regulatory investigations by government agencies over its sales practices.
