On November 29, Nicolas Bourtin and Aisling O’Shea recorded a podcast explaining the U.S. Department of Justice’s newly announced FCPA Corporate Enforcement Policy. The new policy, announced by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, amplifies the incentives first set forth in 2016’s FCPA Pilot Program for companies to self-disclose, fully cooperate and remediate in FCPA cases.
