- On April 1, The Republic of Panama completed an offering of $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.5% Global Notes due 2056. The S&C team was led by Chris Mann and Bob Risoleo.
- On April 22, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the lending arm of the World Bank, closed an offering of $8 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.625% Notes due April 22, 2025. The S&C team was led by Bob Risoleo.
- On April 24, the Inter-American Development Bank closed an offering of $4.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.5% Notes due May 24, 2023. The S&C team was led by Bob Risoleo.
