S&C Advises Columbia Banking System in $8.2 Billion Combination with UmpquaOctober 22, 2021
Columbia Banking System has agreed to a combination with Umpqua Holdings Corporation. The combined company will be valued at $8.2 billion and will create one of the largest West Coast regional banks, with over $50 billion in deposits.
S&C also represented Columbia in its recent acquisition of Bank of Commerce Holdings, the parent company of Merchants Bank of Commerce.
