Mr. Cohen discussed financial reform on Bloomberg TV and said that he believes reform will change the way business is done on Wall Street by creating “tighter supervision and tighter regulation.” He added that “a lot of the problems occurred because we had major segments of the financial markets which were simply not regulated or under-regulated. And one of the great strengths of the bill is that it will cure this.” He noted that there should not be artificial limits on the size of banks because “size does not equate to risk – risk can occur in very small packages.”
