Renata Hesse spoke at GCR Live: Women in Antitrust 2021. This event, held virtually and in person in Washington, D.C. on November 4, was hosted by Global Competition Review. Renata’s panel, “Assessing deal risk in times of changing standards,” examined how recent procedural and substantive developments in the United States, the European Union, and elsewhere, affect how competition counsel advise corporate clients contemplating mergers and acquisitions.
