Renata Hesse joined a panel debate at GCR Interactive: Telecoms, Media and Technology, which brought together government enforcers, in-house counsel, academics, economists and private practice lawyers to discuss developments in regulatory models and merger policy in the digital sector.
The panel, “The Practitioners’ Take,” discussed newly-proposed EU regulatory tools, merger policy, foreign direct investments, and state aid in the telecoms sector. Panelists also offered their perspectives on the expanding approaches to telecoms and digital regulation.
The panel was hosted by Global Competition Review, and took place on March 3.
