Christopher Mann authored an article in Inframation titled “Infrastructure in the US—Open for Business?” The article examined the purported leaked draft of the Trump Administration’s statement of principles regarding a reform package to encourage investment in U.S. infrastructure. Christopher noted that the sources of revenue for necessary infrastructure projects remain unclear, and that the private sector could provide a large part of the investment given the right reforms. He goes on to propose six possible reforms that would make U.S. infrastructure investment more attractive to private investors. This article originally appeared in Inframation.
