On June 20, Ms. High presented the paper “Statutory Restrictions on Employers’ Hiring Policies in New York City” at PLI’s Employment Discrimination Law & Litigation 2016. The paper, which she co-authored with Ms. Andersen, explored three New York City laws—the New York City Stop Credit Discrimination in Employment Act, the New York City Fair Chance Act and recent amendments to the New York City Human Rights Law.
