S&C mergers and acquisitions partners Frank Aquila and Melissa Sawyer, together with associate Ashlyann Harrison, co-authored the article “Carve-Out Transactions: Key Seller Considerations,” which appeared online in Practical Law: The Journal. As carve-out transactions rise in popularity, sellers require better, more expedient advice on these complex maneuvers. The article highlights key issues that often arise from a seller's perspective, and provides guidance for sellers when planning and implementing strategies to handle these issues. The article will also appear in the August/September print version of the magazine.

Both Frank and Melissa are regularly sought out for insights on their areas of expertise.
