“Non-party Discovery in the United States” (Global Arbitration Review)

James Carter, John Hardiman and Joseph Neuhaus published an article in Global Arbitration Review’s 2010 issue of The Arbitration Review of the Americas titled, “Non-party Discovery in the United States.” The article discussed state and federal statutes regarding nonparty discovery in arbitrations, identified two critical splits in decisions among federal circuit courts of appeal and provided suggestions to attorneys on how to maximize the effectiveness of nonparty discovery.
