Philips Completes £29 Million Acquisition of Electrical Geodesics

S&C client Philips completed its previously announced acquisition of Electrical Geodesics, Inc. (EGI), a neurodiagnostic medical device company based in Eugene, Oregon, for aggregate cash consideration of £29 million. Prior to the acquisition, EGI was listed on AIM, a market operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange.
