On October 6, Mr. Wall appeared on C-SPAN's Washington Journal to discuss cases that may shape the Supreme Court's 2014-2015 term. Possible cases for the next year that were discussed included same-sex marriage, religious freedom and privacy law. When asked what impending case in the new term interests him most, Mr. Wall described redistricting issues in Alabama and Arizona that have greatly impacted voting, and said that, “For political watchers, I think those are going to be two really closely watched cases in the coming term.”
