Julia Jordan discussed whistleblower and workplace investigations and trends on Bloomberg's radio show “Politics, Policy, Power and Law” with June Grasso at the Bloomberg Law Leadership Forum. She spoke about the importance of “speak up” culture and of employers responding to every whistleblower complaint. “In order to create that type of culture where people feel free to voice their concerns, you have to respond to each whistleblower complaint, because you are sending a message not just to that whistleblower, but you're sending a message to their colleagues,” she said.
