On November 24, Mr. Cohen appeared on Bloomberg GO, hosted by Stephanie Ruhle and David Westin, to discuss the banking industry with Bloomberg's Christine Harper and Bloomberg View's Bill Cohan. Mr. Cohen discussed the need for a transparent process in developing any additional capital requirements. He also discussed the cultural issue: “What has really been the cultural problem at institution after institution is not the culture of the entire institution. Rather, it has been that subcultures have been permitted to grow in the institution, and they do create a problem for the entire institution.”
