Q&A With Frank Aquila Published in Brooklyn Law Notes

June 2018

Brooklyn Law Notes published a Q&A with Frank Aquila in the cover feature of its Spring 2018 edition, titled “The Real Deal Makers.” Frank spoke about the most significant deals on which he has worked, as well as the biggest source of pride in his career, his most memorable lessons from his time at Brooklyn Law School and advice for those beginning their law practice. He also gave his predictions regarding the future of M&A: “Globalization and corporate consolidation are here to stay. In fact, the threat of new tariffs and potential trade wars will lead business to become more global. Whether intended or not, we will see more and more cross-border M&A activity.” Frank is vice chairman of the Brooklyn Law School Board of Trustees.
