On August 22, Mr. Aquila was a guest on Bloomberg TV's In the Loop. Mr. Aquila discussed mergers and acquisitions with Eric Chemi, head of research for Bloomberg Businessweek, and Bloomberg TV anchor Trish Regan. Mr. Aquila discussed the state of the current M&A market. He said that he expected activity levels to continue for the rest of the year and most likely well into 2015. Mr. Aquila also noted that the M&A “boom this year has really been due to the strategic imperatives” facing the companies making the acquisitions.
