Sarah Remmer Long is a special counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Her practice involves a range of executive compensation matters, including in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and transactional matters, as well as general compensation advice to corporate clients and individual senior executives. She also advises corporate clients on ongoing public company matters, including disclosure, compliance and corporate governance.
