Mr. Berkeley advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate clients on a broad range of cross-border corporate finance transactions across the ratings spectrum. Mr. Berkeley has particular expertise in acquisition finance, distressed debt transactions, secured and unsecured debt finance and bank lending transactions.
