Chas Kerin is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group and a member of the Firm’s Criminal Defense & Investigations Group and Cybersecurity Practice. Her practice focuses on criminal and regulatory enforcement proceedings, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. She has advised companies and financial institutions in inquiries by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, federal bank regulators, and state Attorneys General.
Chas’s pro bono work includes representation of criminal defendants pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act and immigrant juveniles seeking to obtain legal permanent residency in the U.S.
