Kristen B. Klein is a special counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group. She has broad experience advising on a range of executive compensation matters, including in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as general compensation, disclosure and compliance and governance matters. She has represented clients across the industry spectrum, including consumer and retail, financial services, healthcare, real estate, sports and entertainment, and technology.
