Rebecca S. Coccaro
Rebecca Coccaro is a member of the Firm’s Executive Compensation Group. She has advised U.S. and non-U.S. clients on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of various types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and initial public offerings. To name a few, Ms. Coccaro has advised Scottrade Financial Services, Wells Fargo, Regions Financial Corporation, AB InBev, R.R. Donnelley & Sons, UBS AG and Popular, Inc. She also advises a number of U.S. and non-U.S. clients with respect to day-to-day executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including advising on related securities, tax and ERISA issues, prohibited transactions and correspondence and filings to the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor.
Ms. Coccaro is a member of the Business Law Section and the Joint Committee on Employee Benefits of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Taxation Section of the D.C. Bar Association. She has conducted in-house continuing legal education programs on the federal securities law aspects arising under executive compensation and benefit plans and ethical considerations in executive compensation and employee benefit plan practice.
