Nirav N. Mehta joined the Firm’s Tokyo office in 2018 and has been Special Counsel since 2019. His practice focuses on capital markets and other corporate transactions, and he has a broad range of experience representing issuers, underwriters and other market participants, including initial and follow-on public offerings of equity and senior and subordinated note offerings as well as consent solicitations, exchange offers and other liability management transactions, both on a registered basis and pursuant to various exemptions from registration with the SEC.
A native speaker of English, Mr. Mehta is also a fluent speaker of Japanese.
