Matt Rosenberg is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group. His practice focuses on complex transactional matters involving IP, technology and privacy-related issues, including licenses, joint ventures, patent sales, mergers and acquisitions and data sharing arrangements. He also works with clients to assess their data processing practices and develop privacy and security programs that comply with applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. Matt advises clients in a wide range of industries, including software, semiconductors, blockchain, telecommunications, sports, healthcare, financial services and consumer brands.
