Eric Queen is special counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Group with a practice focusing on antitrust law and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and foreign pre-merger filings. He has represented both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on a wide variety of antitrust and HSR Act-related matters, including private litigation, M&A, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Mr. Queen has been involved in numerous M&A transactions involving the United States, Canada, the European Community and other jurisdictions around the world. Non-U.S. clients that he has advised include Barclays Bank, Diageo, InBev, Philips Electronics, Thomson and UBS.
