Mr. Wolf advises U.S. and non-U.S. banks on U.S. banking law and regulation, including financial reform matters, permissibility of activities and controlling and non-controlling investments. He has been involved with applications and other interpretive requests submitted to federal and state banking agencies.
Mr. Wolf also has experience with the regulation of derivatives products and market participants under the Commodity Exchange Act and the Dodd-Frank Act and advises on a range of regulatory and transactional matters relating to repurchase transactions, swaps and other derivatives. Mr. Wolf also has advised on enforcement and related matters involving the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission and self-regulatory organizations.
